In response to the cleaning pain points in fields such as manufacturing, energy, electronics, and mechanical maintenance, the innovative concept of "contextualization, functionalization, and standardization" is integrated into product design, aiming to replace traditional non-standard cleaning methods such as rags, alcohol, and rags, and provide a new paradigm of safe, efficient, and manageable cleaning for production sites.
In modern industrial environments, equipment cleaning and maintenance are fundamental links to ensure production continuity, product yield and operational safety. However, traditional cleaning methods generally have problems such as low efficiency, secondary pollution, loose chemical management, and fiber residue damage to precision components. Through a survey of over 200 industrial customers in fields such as automotive manufacturing, electronic assembly, and energy operation and maintenance, it was found that more than 80% of on-site engineers expect to obtain a standardized cleaning product that is "ready to use, can be wiped clean without residue, and waste is easy to handle", in order to reduce maintenance costs and operational risks.
For this reason, in collaboration with experts in materials science and surface treatment, three series of industrial wet wipes have been launched. The core innovation lies in:
Scenario-based precise formula
Heavy oil stain Powerful degreasing Series: Utilizing high-liquid-locking grid fabric, it is impregnated with special emulsified degreasing agent, which can quickly decompose and adsorb stubborn industrial oil stains such as lubricating oil, cutting fluid, and grease. After wiping, it evaporates rapidly without leaving any sticky residue.
Precision instrument dust-free cleaning series: Utilizing ultra-fine fiber non-woven fabric, combined with electronic-grade high-purity solvents, it leaves low residue and does not raise dust after wiping. It is suitable for the daily maintenance of optical lenses, circuit boards, precision sensors, and laboratory instruments.
General-purpose disinfection and dust removal series: It combines cleaning and broad-spectrum disinfection functions, and is used for cleaning control consoles, tools, and public surfaces in workshops. It effectively reduces cross-contamination of microorganisms and meets high-compliance environmental requirements such as GMP.
Industrial-grade safety and reliability design
All wet wipes are made of non-woven fabric and inner packaging materials, which are not easy to break or produce lint when wiped, eliminating the impact of fiber residue on precision equipment.
The cleaning liquid has a clear composition and does not contain controlled chemicals such as halogenated hydrocarbons and heavy metals. It complies with RoHS and the EHS management regulations of most industries.
Individual packaging and batch traceability design ensure consistent cleaning effects and facilitate on-site 5S management.
Enhance efficiency and sustainability
Use and discard immediately, eliminating the subsequent costs and time of cleaning cloths and dealing with waste solvents, and increasing the average cleaning efficiency by approximately 60%.
Biodegradable material options are available, and some series of waste can be processed into energy sources to reduce the environmental burden.
Industrial cleaning should not be a "gray area" in the production process, but a standardized and controllable link. What we have launched is not merely a wet wipe, but a comprehensive system solution covering cleaning, maintenance and management, helping customers upgrade from "clean and tidy" to "clean and controllable".
This series of products has passed the performance tests and compatibility verifications of multiple third-party laboratories, and has been piloted in scenarios such as automotive battery manufacturing, CNC machine tool maintenance, and data center equipment maintenance, receiving favorable feedback. From now on, customers can choose different packaging specifications and combination sets according to their actual needs.
